Mary Ann Dellegatto is a native Floridian and has lived in South Tampa for over 30 years. A sales associate with the South Tampa office of Premier Sotheby's International Realty, she brings a background working in the title insurance industry to her customers as she assists buyers, sellers and investors find their perfect piece of paradise in the Tampa Bay area.

Extremely detail oriented, Mary Ann takes great care in continually following up and communicating with her customers. Honest, dependable and tenacious, she always tries to find creative ways to solve problems in finding the right properties for her buyers. Drawing upon her background in the radio and television industry creating marketing and advertising campaigns for local Bay-area businesses as well as national brands, Mary Ann is well-versed in how to perfectly position a home for sale.

Mary Ann received her Bachelor of Arts from Clemson University (Go Tigers!), where she was a member of Alpha Delta Pi sorority. She is married to WTVT Fox 13 Chief Meteorologist Paul Dellegatto, and they have three daughters and a golden retriever puppy named Brody. She loves playing tennis at the Tampa Yacht & Country Club, is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Tampa, and the fundraising event chair for Plant High School's athletic foundation.
